Advanced Food Hygiene ⁄ Safety Refresher training course
The Advanced Food Hygiene Refresher Course is aimed at those who have achieved Intermediate and/or Advanced level certification more than 2 years ago will provide delegates with an up-date on essential knowledge acquired when previously attending Intermediate and Advanced courses.
Those who have only previously attended an Intermediate level course will also benefit from a more in-depth examination of HACCP which is not normally covered on the Intermediate course.
The course will help delegates keep their knowledge up-to-date since obtaining their certificates. The course has been designed by Norman Gentry Consulting which is an accredited training centre with several awarding bodies.
- Anyone who holds an advanced certificate in food safety or hygiene

Certificates of attendance will be sent to all delegates.

By use of up to date videos, handouts and group work etc in an informal setting, either on your premises or in our training room. Each student receives a copy of the textbook and handouts.

At the end of the course, as part of our quality monitoring procedures and to contribute to the on-going development and improvement of the programme, all delegates will be asked to complete a course evaluation.
