  • From personnel, training and accounts positions through to management of 4 star hotels
  • Plus 15 years experience in lecturing and training
  • A fellow of:

    • Institute of Hospitality
    • Institute of Travel and Tourism
    • Tourism Society
  • Technical Member The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (I.O.S.H.)
  • Associate member British Institute of Inn-keeping

Designed and delivered the night-club door supervisors training scheme run for Carlisle City Council. This won the FEDA National award for the best outreach adult training course in 1999.
